What happens when the trial ends?
Your records are retained and new customer messages keep arriving. Choose a paid plan to continue replying and working with your team. Each new workspace receives one 7-day trial, starting when it is ready to use.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. In Billing & plan, review your new recurring total and any immediate charge or credit before confirming a change. Your services update after the payment provider verifies it. You can also manage your payment method and subscription there.
Are these prices inclusive of tax?

Does WhatsApp cost extra?
WhatsApp is included in eligible Gatherdesk plans. It connects through your own Meta Business account, and any Meta messaging charges apply separately under Meta's current pricing.
