A few things to know
Can I download the mobile app today?
Yes. Download the signed Android preview above and open the APK on your phone. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser. iPhone downloads are coming soon.
Will I need a separate account?
Use your existing Gatherdesk staff email and password, with the same business workspace and role permissions.
Will mobile and web share my conversations?
Yes. The app connects to the existing Gatherdesk backend so your conversations, assignments, templates and channel settings belong to the same workspace.
Can agents, managers and administrators use it?
The mobile app is designed for all three staff roles. Each person sees the channels and actions their workspace permissions allow.
